AP MeeSeva (మీ సేవా), is an online platform initiated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The portal is dedicated to offer e-services to the citizens of State Andhra Pradesh. The online system empowers the common citizen of the state to avail the services started by the Govt. for them. The portal gives access to many number of Departments right from Revenue, Education, Police, Labour, Factory, Panchayati Raj, Health and Agriculture etc. Presently, more than 400 e-services are being provided by the AP MeeSeva Portal under various departments. The portal offers great help to the residents of the State. The citizens can get these services from their homes without giving visits to these offices.

AP MeeSeva Online Portal
Our country is progressing on bringing Digitization in each and every sphere. As an initiative to this drive, the State Govt. of Andhra Pradesh started the MeeSeva Portal. The prime motive is to help the Citizens of the State to deliver the services to them at their home. This unified online portal monitors and manage the activities relating to e-governance. The citizens get the facilities of the respective departments.

A one stop station that offers wide range of services dedicated to the citizens by the Govt. The facilities include a wide variety like Women and Child welfare relating Services, Fisheries services, Medical & Health services, Mining Registration, Rural Development Services, Industries and Commerce Department Services, Education Department Services and Agriculture related Services.
Since, every citizen is not friendly with technology, the State has also made arrangements of MeeSeva Kiosks. These Kiosks are setup by the Govt. at various public places where the MeeSeva agents charge a small fee for performing portal activities for the citizens. The Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE & C) Department, of Andhra Pradesh has designed this portal. The AP MeeSeva portal is initiated by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh with the motive to provide all the State related facilities to its citizens online. A number of Departments of the State are covered under this platform where the citizens are free to access the services of any Department at their comfort. How to register on the AP MeeSeva Portal?
The Citizens of Andhra Pradesh who are the residents of the state have to register on the portal to access the services of this online portal. This is a compulsory step without which you cannot apply for any e-service. Here, we will discuss with you how to complete your registration. Just follow these simple steps:
- Visit the official website meeseva.gov.in
- In the right side of the webpage, there is option ‘MeeSeva Portal’.
- By clicking on this option, a direct link onlineap.meeseva.gov.in opens up
- Here, you can see a new page opens up before you.

- In the left side menu bar, click on option ‘New Regsitration’. The demo of the screen is shared by us here:

- Here, you have to create your profile by entering your personal details like name, aadhar, date of Birth and Contact Information i.e residential address, mobile no., email id etc
- You also have to set up your Userid and password of 8-12 characters using which you can login to this portal in future.
- Mention all the details as asked and click the button ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page. Note down the UserID at a safe place to login with it afterwards
- Now, on clicking submit, you will receive a One Time Password ‘OTP’ on your mobile number.
- Verify your OTP by entering the same in window on the screen
- You will also receive an email on the mail Id mentioned in the form, verify the mail received
- On successful verification of OTP and email, your registration process is completed.
How to avail services on the AP MeeSeva Portal?
The AP MeeSeva portal gives access to more than 400 services to citizens of Andhra Pradesh. The residents of Andhra Pradesh can apply for any of the listed service by doing User login on the portal. We have given the steps you need to follow in order to apply for any of the listed services of the portal:
- Visit the official website of MeeSeva by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh
- On the right side of the webpage, there is option ‘MeeSeva Portal’
- Click on it and you can see the option of User Login.

- Here, type your UserID and Password using which you registered yourself
- Now, enter the Captcha carefully that is visible on the screen.
- Click on ‘Sign in’
- Here, you can see the departments and services that are listed on the portal
- Click on the service you need to get
- For clarity of readers, we have selected the Revenue Department on the Screen.
- You can see the list of services that are available under the Revenue Department to the registered users.
- Select the required service.
- Fill up the required information as asked in the form
- Attach the scanned documents as evidence
- Click on Submit
- You will get a Unique application number
- You can track the status of your application using this application number
How to reset the Forgot AP MeeSeva Password
There can be a case where a user might forget the password of portal. In that case, the user can easily reset their password by doing the following steps:
- Open the official MeeSeva Online Portal.
- In the left side menu bar, there is option ‘Forgot Password’
- Click on Forgot Password
- A new page opens up, here, enter your User ID and Captcha code
- Click on Get OTP
- You will receive a One Time Password ‘OTP’ on your mobile number
- Mention the OTP in the box on the screen
- Set up a new password
- Now, you can login with this password
How to Unlock User on AP MeeSeva
A registered user may not have accessed their UserID for long time and same may get locked. In order to login the AP MeeSeva Portal, you need to unlock the user. You can easily unlock your User ID in the following manner:
- Open the official MeeSeva Online Portal.
- In the left side menu bar, click on option Unlock User
- A new page opens up, here, enter your User ID and Captcha code
- Click on Get Details
- Now, confirm all the details and click on Get OTP
- Mention the OTP in the box on the screen
- Your User ID is unlocked
How to Do Application Search?
For search of your application, AP MeeSeva has two options i.e. ‘Check MeeSeva Certificate’ and ‘Know your Application Status’. Here, we will discuss in detail how to check your application using these options.
How to Check application status on AP MeeSeva?
You can track the status of the service for which you applied on the AP MeeSeva portal with these simple steps:
- Visit the official portal of AP MeeSeva.
- On the homepage, there is option Know Your Application Status
- Here, type the Trans ID/ Application ID that you received on applying for service
- Click on ‘GO’
- You can view your application on the Screen and its present status
How to Check MeeSeva Certificate
- Visit the official portal of AP MeeSeva
- On the homepage, there is option Check MeeSeva Certificate
- Here, type the Application number that you received on applying for service
- Click on ‘GO’
- You can view your MeeSeva Certificate if issued. Otherwise, check the status of you application from the option Know Your Application Status
- Download your application certificate and save a copy of the same with you.
Andhra Pradesh MeeSeva Application Forms
The Online AP MeeSeva Portal also lets its users to download the application forms online. As we have stated earlier, the portal has more than 400 services under it. These services are covered under more than 24 departments like Labour, Department of Factories, Forest, Education, Police Department, MeeBhoomi(Revenue), Mines & Geology, District Collectorate etc.

- Go to the Google Play Store of your android device
- Search for MeeSeva App in the search column.
- Click on option install and download the app
- You can sign in to this app with your User ID and password.
How to submit grievances and give suggestions
If a user has any grievance relating to the portal, one can address the same under Suggestion/Grievance option in the portal. In offline mode, where the users visit the offices of Government, they have to submit applications to inform about their issues. In the online system, one can submit their suggestion or grievance on this portal only. This system of grievances leads to improvement in the working of official machinery and also satisfactory experience to the citizens. For this, you have to perform the following steps:
- Visit the official website AP MeeSeva.
- On the top menu bar, there is option Contact Us
- Clicking the option ‘Contact Us’, the top menu bar shows option Suggestion/ Grievance
- Now, a new page opens up. Here, you have to submit details like your name, subject, your suggestion/grievance in maximum of 1000 words, your mail id and registered mobile number.
- Subsequent to filling up these details, click on Submit

- With this, you have successfully submitted your suggestion/grievance

Important Points
- This portal is regularly monitored by the listed departments on the portal for timely execution of the applications and delivery of services to the users.
- The State Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has also set up MeeSeva Kiosks in the State at convenient public places to provide services to its users.
- The registered users of the MeeSeva portal can access the services by paying Rs.10/- to the authorized agents at these Kiosks for availing the services.
- The AP MeeSeva portal also permits to apply for category certificates i.e. SC, ST and OBC and also for correction in these certificates.
- On submission of application, the system also mentions the timeframe maximum by which your application will be dealt or your certificate will be issued.
- Since this is paperless form of governance, the users can digitally sign the applications to the Government with Digital Signatures. The Digital Signatures are enabled through your Aadhar number.
