Educational Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must have cleared the 12th class examination or equivalent from a recognized Board/ Educational Institution. Applicant must be having Science subjects.

The candidates who are eligible to apply for the examination can apply on payment of application fee of Rs.100/- (in case of Male candidates of UR/EWS & OBC category). For Category students (SC/ST/Ex-servicemen).

CISF Constable Recruitment 2022: Selection Procedure
The applications are provisionally approved for all applicants who fill Application form in accordance with the eligibility criteria prescribed and the necessary documents as proofs. These applicants are issued Roll Numbers and given admit card to appear at the examination centre for undertaking various rounds of recruitment. The recruitment process begins with Physical Standard Test followed by Written Test, then Documentation process and finally medical tests are conducted. Hence, the recruitment process broadly involves the following rounds:

Physical Standard Test (PST)
In this test, the applicants have to report at the instructed centre of examination for giving measurements of height, chest and weight. Those candidates who fulfill the prescribed conditions of physical standard are called for appearing in Written Examination/Computer Based Test(CBT). Under Physical Standard Test(PST), applicants have to run a distance of 5 km and complete it in 24 minutes. Those candidates who fail to meet the prescribed Physical Standards are issued rejection slips and are not called for recruitment rounds further. Physical Standard Tests involves meeting the following basic standard:

- Chest measurements : 80-85 Cm (A minimum of 5 Cm increase on expansion)

The applicants who clear in Physical Standard Test are called to appear for Written Examination /Computer Based Test. In the Written Examination, the candidates have to answer 100 multiple choice questions. The examination is objective type with total of 100 marks. The shortlisted candidates under CISF Constable Fire Recruitment 2022 will be covered under Pay matrix Level-3 that falls within the range of Rs.21,700 to Rs.69,100/-. The candidates will be paid allowances given to the Central Government employees as per the rules of Government of India.
