Eligibility Criteria for registration under e-grantz 3.0 :
- Candidate must be a Permanent native of Kerala. He should have a permanent residential address in Kerala
- The applicant must have cleared the 10th class examination and should be pursuing education of post matriculation level
- The study should be of the level of higher secondary, bachelor’s degree level, doctoral, diploma, professional study courses, postgraduate level, polytechnic and Vocational Higher Secondary Educationcourses.
- Candidate should be a category student i.e. scheduled caste, Other Backward Class, socially or economically backward communities, Other Eligible Communities of Kerala State
- Atleast 75% attendance of the Candidate is mandatory for taking benefit of Scholarship

To apply for the scholarship program is a two level procedure. First, you need to register yourself as an applicant and then apply for the Scholarship. Follow the steps mentioned below :
How to Register for e-grantz 3.0 Scholarship
- Visit the official website ‘egrantz.kerala.gov.in’
- On the homepage of the website, there is option of ‘One Time Registration’ in the bottom menu bar

- Click on One Time Registration
- Here, you have to type your Aadhaar Card and name (in the same manner as it is mentioned on your Aadhaar Card
- The instructions are there on your screen
- The system wants you to make a declaration that you give your consent for validating your name with Aadhaar number
- Hit the option Validate Aadhaar

- Here, give your mobile number in the column given on the screen
- Also enter all the personal credentials as asked
- Click on option Register
- Here, you will get your username which will be your emailed or Aadhaar number and password to login with.
How to Login e-grantz 3.0 portal

- On the homepage of the website, there is option of ‘Student Login’ in the bottom menu bar
- Click on Student Login
- Now, a new screen opens before you, here you have to enter your email/Aadhaar as UserID and Password that you received on completing One Time Registration

- Here, you are asked to enter your details in 5 steps in the software. Complete these 5 steps.
- Also, enter you Educational Qualifications in the link Add Qualification
- With this you have submitted your common information that is necessary irrespective of the Scholarship you are applying for
- To apply for scholarship, click on Apply for Scholarships Post Matric
