SSOID is an all in one source to assist the users who get puzzled in accessing each service on separate service platform. By doing SSO ID Login, you get connected to all the departments providing services to the Rajasthan Citizens. This step has enabled the Citizens to get benefit of all Schemes under one virtual roof. The registration process on RajSSO is free of cost. The eligible users of SSOID can register themselves on the portal by submitting the required documents by paying zero fee amount and can take the benefit of all services as per their convenience.

What is e-Mitra?
e-Mitra is also an initiative of the State Government of Rajasthan. Here, the citizens are eligible to get benefits of various schemes of the State by accessing the e Mitra Portal. The portal is operational in 33 districts of the State and can be accessed both offline and online. The portal extends more than 300 Government to Citizens services and Government to Public Services.
- Overall purpose of scheme is to bring the services of State in the reach of each and every common person of State.
- To ensure transparency to the beneficiaries and also a sense of equality among everyone.
- Since the portal is both online and offline, those are not tech savvy can also benefit from the Scheme
What is Difference between SSO ID and e-Mitra?
People often intermix the terms ID on RajSSO with e-Mitra. They consider these two as the same. However, the fact is that these two are different. The concept of e-Mitra is much wider than RajSSO. Many more services and Departments are covered under e-Mitra.
What is the process of login to e-Mitra?
- For login to e-Mitra, you have to visit the official website- emitra.rajasthan.gov.in.
- However, when you click on login, you are directed to the website sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- For login to e-Mitra, the username and password are the same as that of SSOID

How to register on Rajasthan SSO ID
We have already discussed the eligible persons for registration on SSO ID platform and the documents that you must have to get registered. Now, we will share how to register yourself in case of each category i.e. Individual resident, Udyog and Government Servants. Let us understand with the step by step process given below:
- Visit the official website sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- Homepage of SSOID website is there on your screen
- In the right side of the website there are two options. First is to login and another is registration
- As a new registrant of SSOID, click on ‘Registration’
- Here, you have three options, you have to select one of the following:
- Citizen
- Udyog
- Government Employees

How to register as a Citizen?
One who is applying for registration on SSOID as a citizen can register by doing the following steps:
- Click on option ‘Citizen’
- Select one of the options to register i.e. Jan Aadhar or Bhamashah account in case of residents of Rajasthan or Google account in case of all others
- On selecting Jan Aadhar, you will have to mention your Jan Aadhar number.
- Similar is in the case of selecting Bhamashah account
- If you choose google account, here you will have to provide your Gmail Id
- Now, a page opens up where you have to set your SSOID Username and Password
- Remember to keep this username and password safe with you as for future login to the SSOID portal you will have to mention these credentials
- If the system finds everything fine, it will show that your registration process is successful
- Now, you are ready to access the SSOID with your username and password
How to Register for Udyog and Industries
For application of registration as an Udyog or Industry on RajSSO(SSOID), following steps need to be taken:
- Choose the option ‘Udyog’
- An Udyog owner is mandatorily required to mention the Business Registration Number (BRN) for registration

- Enter the Business Registration Number (BRN) and Click Next
- You are directed to the registration page, here, set your SSOID/Username, Password, Mobile Number, and Email.
- On submitting the details, you get successfully registered
- From there, login page opens up where you are asked to login with your just registered username and password
How to register as a Government Sector Employee
The portal has this option for registration of the State Govt. employees. Follow these steps to register yourself:
- On the official page of the SSOID website, select registration
- Choose the option ‘Government Employee’ from the given three options of Citizen, Udyog and Govt. Employee
- Here you have to enter the State Insurance & Provident Fund number and your State Insurance & Provident Fund(SIPF) password

- On entering the same, a page opens up and you have to fill up the sought details.
- Then you have to set up your SSOID username and password
- On successful update of details, you stand registered on the SSOID platform
- Now, you can login the portal with your username and password

How to register if not a resident of Rajasthan?
One can also register if he/she is a Citizen but not a resident of Rajasthan State. For this, they can register by using their Google account. Follow the following steps to register:
- Visit the official website sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- In the right column page, click on Registration
- Now, since you are a non-resident, click on Google
- Here, mention the Google mail Id using which you want to register on SSO ID portal
- Now, give your google password and enter.
- A security notice opens up indicating that the page you accessed is redirecting you to https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register” link
- Here, you have to give necessary information and set up your username and password of SSOID
- Hit option ‘Register’ and you are successfully registered for the portal
How to Login if already registered?
In the section above, we explained you to how to register as a New registrant. Now, we will share how to login if you are already registered:
- If you are already registered or have just registered by following the above process, now it’s time to login
- Visit the official website
- In the right column of the website, there is option ‘Login’
- Here, mention your Digital Identity also called SSO ID or Username
- Also, enter password for SSOID
- There is a captcha code that you have to type correctly to login
- Enter the same as shown in the column
- You can also hear the captcha by clicking on speaker aside
- Hit the Login button.

- The SSOID account dashboard opens up
- Update your profile information if required
- Submit all the mandatory details asked
- Hit the update tab and here you are
- You stand logged in to SSOID and all the services are there that you can access from.
What if I Forget my SSOID ?
In certain cases, there is a possibility to forget the SSO ID. In such scenario, it can easily be recovered doing following steps:
- Open the official website.
- In the right side of page there is option ‘I Forgot my Digital Identity (SSOID)- Click here’
- On clicking the option, there it shows two ways to recover your SSO ID
- First, you can send an SMS. For this write in the SMS section of your mobile ‘RJ SSO’ and send this SMS to 9223166166. (Remember to send SMS only from the mobile number registered on the platform)
- Another way to retrieve the forgotten ID is by giving any of the Jan Aadhar, Bhamashah, Aadhar number, facebook ID, Google mail Id or twitter ID. If you had given any of these IDs at the time of SSOID registration, you need to mention that ID and Click next.
What if I Forget my SSOID Password?
You can easily retrieve your SSO ID password in the following manner:
- Visit the official website. In the right column, a highlighted option says ‘I Forgot my Password – click here’. Hit “click here”
- Now, the page that opens up asks you to enter your SSOID
- Next, system asks some personal information
- Mention the detail of any of the three options
- Mobile
- Email (Personal)
- Aadhaar ID/ VID
- Type the captcha code
- Hit ‘submit’
- The password reset instructions are sent to your registered mobile number.
- Another simple method is to send SMS containing message “RJ SSO PASSWORD” and send it to 9223166166
- To ensure safety and security, the recovery details can be made available only on your registered mobile number
How To Change the SSOID Password?
Due to certain privacy or security reasons, sometimes the change of passwords gets necessary. For change of rajSSO ID password, you can follow these steps:
- Visit official website sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- In the right column, a highlighted option says ‘I Forgot my Password – click here’. Hit “click here”
- Now enter the SSOID in the page that opens up
- Mention the detail of any of the three options
- Mobile
- Email (Personal)
- Aadhaar ID/ VID
- Type the captcha code
- Hit ‘submit’
- The reset instructions are sent to your registered mobile number only.
- Another simple method is to send SMS containing message “RJ SSO PASSWORD” and send it to 9223166166
- The details of change of password are made available only on your registered mobile number
What if I want to delete my SSO ID?
- First, login with ssoid.
- Here, view the options in the menu bar
- There appear account settings
- In the SAML configuration, you can click OK for ID delete
- After this, SSOID will delete
How to Merge several RajSSOID into one SSOID?
In case a user has multiple SSO ID, there is an option available to them to merge these multiple IDs and access one SSO ID. This can be done in following easy steps:
- Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- Go to Log in
- Enter your username and password.
- Select the option that let you edit profile. The tab is on the top bar.
- In the first step deactivate the profile of this ID.
- Now select the option ‘merge with Govt SSOID’
- Select next. Here on the subsequent page, select option ‘Deactivate Account’
- A page opens up and you have to confirm if you wish to deactivate your SSOID
- To confirm your identity, an OTP is sent to your mobile for verification purpose. Give permission by clicking on ‘Send OTP’ button
- Enter your OTP.
- Now, on the next page, type the Govt SSO ID username and password that you want to continue with.
- You have to give permission to deactivate your second ID and merge it with your Govt ID. For this choose the YES button
- With this, your SSOID merges with the Government SSOID. All your ID data is also transferred to the existing Government ID.
What is SSO Rajasthan App?
In addition to official website, you can also take the benefit of this initiative of Rajasthan State Govt. via android app. This android app is available on google play store. Download it by doing following steps.
- Visit Google play store on any android smartphone
- In the applications section, search for “SSO Rajasthan”
- The following app shows in the play store results
